1. Acceptance
By accessing or using PromptAIGrid, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
PromptAIGrid offers AI prompt generation, prompt storage, prompt libraries, collections, and related services.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for prompts, images, videos, documents, and other content uploaded to the platform.
4. Public Prompt Library Terms
Public prompts may be copied, referenced, remixed, downloaded where permitted, or used by other users. PromptAIGrid is not responsible for how third parties use publicly shared prompts.
5. Intellectual Property Policy
Users retain ownership of their content. PromptAIGrid retains ownership of its software, branding, databases, user interface, and platform technology. Users warrant they have all necessary rights to uploaded content.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Generated prompts are provided 'as is' without guarantees of accuracy, effectiveness, legality, compatibility, originality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users must independently verify all prompts and outputs.
7. API & Third-Party Services
PromptAIGrid may integrate with third-party AI models and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, model behavior, generated outputs, restrictions, or policy changes.
8. Marketplace / Shared Prompt Terms
If a marketplace is introduced, PromptAIGrid acts only as a platform connecting users unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee prompt quality, originality, ownership, legality, sales performance, or buyer satisfaction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptAIGrid, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including financial loss, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, AI errors, prompt failures, copyright disputes arising from user content, third-party API failures, marketplace disputes, or decisions made using AI-generated prompts. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptAIGrid harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the platform, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these Terms.
11. No Warranty
The platform is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
