Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on promptaigrid.com are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Non-usage or partial usage of the purchased plan/service

- Dissatisfaction with the output, results, or performance of the service

- Accidental purchase or duplicate purchase made by the customer

By completing a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund once the transaction is successful.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing cycles, but will not result in a refund for the current or any previous billing period already charged.

Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account will revert to the free/unpaid tier (if applicable).

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a payment fails but an amount is deducted from your bank account or card, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider within 5-7 business days.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge due to a technical glitch on our end), please contact us at support@promptaigrid.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID/transaction reference. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases of proven technical error directly attributable to PromptAIGrid (e.g., service not delivered due to a platform-side failure). Any such exception does not create an obligation for future cases.
